Interesting article, on what a Global Anti Encryption Regime could look like
Recently read an interesting article on the on-going attempts to possibly ban encryption. The belief of the alliances is that encryption can severely undermine public safety efforts. It also brought up some interesting data I wasn't aware of, such as how bad Australia ISPs are and required to log user data.
I highly recommend the read and importance against regulation.

Will not happen. But they will try...
Nothing is private when you are online.People just need to be aware of that.Im not sure how can they ban encryption,they can force ISP's that they give all data to them,but..if i want to hide,i can use Tor browser or VPN.This highly complicate things for the persons that collects informations about someone.
Did you know that backdoors in everyday encryption will never do shit, as any group can use non standard algorithms and this entire argument is moot. There is no case for open encryption, other than mass surveillance. Period.
