Scam alert

SCAM ALERT!!!! Guys, you need to read this ... I was shocked when I heard about this scamming method and i study it carefully.. People can really really be wicked... Menh... If you sell or buy bitcoin, you need to read this carefully

Some scammer devise a means of bringing heads of a genuine seller and buyer into clash without them knowing that they are been use for transport/channel for defrauding people. So, he(scammer) will approach the seller and tell him he wants to buy bitcoin, let's say for $100. The seller gives him his account details to make payment into it.

He copied that account details and go to any group chat of people dealing with bitcoin or advertise to people on social media and asked people to pay into it so he can send them their bitcoin. After you guys made payment, he will go back and chat with the real seller and say he has paid. The seller will check and confirm your payments and he will then give the seller HIS OWN BITCOIN ADDRESS and claim the bitcoin.

That's all, he disappears.

Now that you guys have waited and waited, the only thing you will have to hold unto, is the account you paid to, meanwhile that person is not even aware of anything.

Money was paid into his account and he supplied the bitcoin. These scammers are actually after the bitcoin, not after the money, they then leave the payer and payee to settle out themselves.

They usually buy registered SIM cards most, to do this so no way to trace them.

I will advise you approach an exchanger to get your bitcoin or approach trusted person if you are considering peer to peer purchase
