If you are referring to not being able to delete or edit posts after 24 hours, then yes. At least in my experience. I'm not sure if this is exactly how it works, but I believe that is the case. I tried editing that post but I get the following error: Transaction failed: comment.last_payout == fc::time_point_sec::min():

If I'm reading this correctly, it sounds like it locks the post after payout, which is 24 hours.
