@dana-edwards, Hack-Back is the idea that companies should have the legal right to attack-back when cyber hackers target them.

The problem is "hack" and "attack" are vague concepts without clear legal definitions. The other problem is the issue of jurisdiction. If we allow our companies to do this then every company will start doing it including Chinese, Russian, and any other who can come up with some false evidence that they were hacked. This is dangerous.
