Japanese Officials Arrest Their First-ever Ransomware Developer

Japan made a history by arresting first time a ransomware developer guy. On the June 5th Japan authorities manged to collect enough evidences against a 14 years old guy. Police confirmed to the media that this 14 years guy first developed a ransomware in the late January. This is also a cryptocurrency demanding ransomware. Then he uploaded the source code of the ransomware also to a server. Now, it'll be interesting to see due to his minor age what will be decision of the court. Shall be he punished ?
Well, give the 14 year old some time to think about the consequence of his actions.
