Copper got its name from the Roman era, copper was principally mined on Cyprus, the origin of the name of the metal, from aes сyprium (metal of Cyprus), later corrupted to сuprum, from which the words copper (English), cuivre (French), Koper (Dutch) and Kupfer (German) are all derived.
Copper is one of the most used metal since the beginning of time!
Copper, 'the red metal', is one of the most electrically conductive of all the metal elements!
Copper is one the few metals that comes ready to use by nature, it was the first to be smelted from its ore!
Copper can be recycled without any loss of quality!

When Copper is made into an alloy of 90% copper and 10% nickel it is very erosion proof, because of that is has been used
for Architecture,Ship building,jewelry,tools,weapons,coins,electric wiring even musical instruments. We can't forget Prohibition times the distiller was made from Copper.

Well copper can be very malleable meaning easy to shape and bend. The metal also reacts with undesirable sulfur-containing components in the vapor and distillate making for a cleaner product. Copper is in the brain,liver,heart,kidney,skeletal muscle. Copper helps with the formation of collagen and increases the absorption of iron which is very important for energy production. The human body can't make it so it must be supplied via foods,skin or copper water. Did you know that copper is used in folk medicine and it helps just about everything including arthritis,wound healing,regulate heart rhythm. If you suffering from anemia,low body temperature and brittle bones try to get more copper in your diet. What are good copper food sources? Liver, meat,oysters, seafood, beans, whole grains, soy flour, wheat bran, almonds, sesame seeds, avocados, barley, garlic, nuts, oats, black-strap molasses, beets and lentils.
