Lost City of Atlantis

A couple years ago I had this thought. What could possibly be under the 2 miles of ice and snow covering the Antarctic continent? I mean, that is a huge body of land, and if you watch this video

you will see that Antarctica was sub tropical at one time, meaning it wasn't always covered in ice.
Yes, I know some of you will argue that the video is only a theory on what the Earth used to be like, but you have to admit, they did a good job showing us how all continents actually can fit together nicely if we get rid of all the water on the planet.
So, is it possible that Antarctica is actually Atlantis?

There is definitely something going on here, and I can't be the only one who is thinking this.
Maybe Antarctica isn't Atlantis, but it could be something. Buried under all that ice, could be secrets to our origins perfectly preserved for us, or future generations to uncover.
I'd be lying if this wasn't partially wishful thinking on my part, but I'll have you know I don't believe in Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, or the Easter Bunny. The idea of Antarctica having secrets to our past isn't without merit. Hitler went to Antarctica, today we have unusual visits from Kerry, and even the Pope.
Now, this is something I find strange... Obama, has banned oil drilling in certain areas of Antarctica. What is so strange about that? Considering the US has never been shy about drilling for oil wherever it may be found, what is so special about these areas? Maybe they know something about what is under the ice. Maybe there is something buried in these areas they don't want disturbed. But here is the real smoking gun. By banning drilling for oil where oil is known to be, tells us what? Where does oil come from? Dead organisms. So at one time there must have lots of life roaming this frozen continent before it was covered in ice.

The truth is out there.
