Business Motivation a wake up call to everyone!

hey there folks, for my second blog i would like to share my certain knowledge in listening and understanding Grant Cardone's 10x rule, these are the steps into having your FINANCIAL FREEDOM
(as a disclaimer i'm not marketing grant cardone but i admire his principles and strategies that i thought would be the best to share it to the GROUP)

1. TARGET (CLEAR YOUR TARGET!)
   CLEAR first your mind of negativities and only think of the sole absolute Target that you want to achieve.
   read books and sources that you might think that would help you learn more about your goals, ask professionals and individuals, create a to do list of the things that is aligned to your goals. ALWAYS REMEMBER SUCCESS IS YOUR DUTY!
   IF IT DOES STILL MAKES YOU WORRY CHANGE YOUR WAYS BUT NOT THE TARGET.
   

2. INCOME
   it is always the main sole reason why people range their status in the society.
   in his teachings GROSS INCOME MUST BE SAVED BY 40%
   lets say for example you earn a thousand dollars each month 40% of it would go to taxes and other payments, while the other 40% must be saved for future references and sudden emergencies so you are left to live by 20% thatw ould mean that you are left with 200 dollars to live and survive the whole month pretty poor eh :

BUT WHAT IF YOU STRIVE MORE QUIT YOUR JOB AND LOOK FOR A BETTER EARNINGS LET SAY FOR EXAMPLE YOU GAIN

• 4,000 (taxes and other payment)
  

•  4,000(saved income for the future ♥)
  

=$ 2,000
now you can live a btter life knowing that you can have a flow of money whilst paying your monthly liabilities while saving money for the future ☻☻

(again this is just an example i would like to show you that you cans till do better and greater income you just need to find the opportunities hidden in the unlimited possibilities of ideas)

1. GOLDEN GOOSE WILL BE USELESS UNLESS IT LAYS EGGS
   ONE OF THE MAIN THINGS THAT WE NEED TO REMEMBER! EVEN IF YOU SAVE FOR YOUR FUTURE THE MONEY THAT YOU WILL SAVE WILL BE USELESS UNLESS IT LAYS EGGS.
   MONEY NEEDS TO MAKE BABIES!
   WHEN YOU PLAN TO INVEST NEVER INVEST ANYTHING THAT IS A "MAYBE" NEVER DO THAT BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER KNOW IF YOU 'RE GAINING MORE OR LOSING MORE.
   THE KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL HATCHLINGS OF EGGS IS TO UNDERSTAND THE INVESTING YOU ARE GOING IN. READ BOOKS UNDERSTAND AND DO THE MATH! ITS NOT YOU VS THEM ITS YOU vs. YOU!
   

2. PASSIVE INCOME MUST EXCEED YOUR MONTHLY INCOME
   passive income is the income that you earn aside from your work. it is a type of income that requires little to no effort

PASSIVE MUST EXCEED YOUR MONTHLY INCOME TRY TO DO THE MATH AND LEARN EVERY THING REMEMBER KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! A LITTLE TO NO HARDSHIPS IS A LOSING FLAG, ALWAYS HAVE THAT PASSION TO WORK HARD

the last but not the least is ALWAYS HAVE TWO TYPES OF VEHICLES
ONE VEHICLE IS THE ONE WHOM PRODUCES INCOME SO THAT YOU CAN PAY YOUR BILLS.

AND THE OTHER
IS THE VEHICLE THAT GIVES YOU YOUR FINANCIAL FREEDOM
LEARN HOW TO GET INTO "THE PLAY" HOW YOU WILL GET YOUR FINANCIAL FREEDOM

ALWAYS REMEMBER TO BE ADAPTIVE AND ALWAYS EMBRACE EVERY OPPORTUNITY THAT LIFE GIVES YOU ALWAYS WORK HARD AND DO MORE!. 10X RULE!!!! ALWAYS DO WORK 10X THAN YOU WERE BEFORE AND YOU WILL EARN 1OX THAN BEFORE.
