But my main point is this :

If the US governement starts cracking down on ICOs and tokens sales would this incentivise the companies to relocate to friendlier places like the crypto valley in Switzerland or a country like Dubai that is fully focused on embracing the blockchain and everything that goes with it. Would this not be another potential hit to the US economy
