Hatching usually hatches at 50-70 days after turtle egg laying. Tukik usually hatches in the amount of 100-120 hatchlings simultaneously. The release of the hatchling is done immediately after the hatchlings, the faster the better. Research proves that of the 1000 hatchlings released, only 1-2 hatchlings survive to adulthood.

Conservation is an effort to take strategic steps to save a species or its habitat. Conservation of turtles needs to be done because of the threat to turtle species that are high, especially by humans. One of the rescue efforts is done by relocating the nest and releasing simultaneously.
