How can people even move at that temperature - I am not surprised that at -15c on a monday, there is a lack of motivation to get out of bed. Hopefully you made it though!
Layers and layers. Once you believe you could be cast as the Stay-Puff Marshmallow man, then you have enough layers.
As for being able to move ... well, the layers restrict your movement so you hope the wind is blowing in the right direction and let it slide you along the ice. :-)
