■ Basic concepts

R and SCTR token are referral tokens to assist in inviting and settling newbies to the community.
Referrer uses R token to recommend newbie, earns SCTR token, and receives SCT token as referral revenue from the @sct.ref account.

■ R token, SCTR token

(1) R token
R token is required to recommend newbie.
Referrer always needs to stake 1 R token in the account.
Referrer spends 1 R token each time recommends a new user after that.

(2) SCTR token
SCTR token is rewarded to referrer when a newbie completes certain conditions.
This is reward for helping a newbie to settle down in community.
Staking SCTR token will allow the referrer to receive rewards.

■ How to do it

(1) Staking 1 R token
Referrer stakes 1 R token at https://steem-engine.com

(2) [Only for Non-Korean]
Referrer sends 1 R token to @sct.refone account on keychain. At this point, it needs to leave newbie’s account on memo.
Newbie’s reputation for Steemit should be 30 or less.
It should be more than 500 staked SCT in newbie’s account.

■ Distribution of SCTR Tokens

If newbie gets reputation of 40 or more and stakes over 500 SCT, the referrer receives 1 SCTR token.

■ Referral Revenue Distribution

Referrer who have received SCTR token is able to be shared cumulative referral revenue from @sct.ref account.
5% of newly generated SCT tokens will be accumulated to @sct.ref account from Aug 1, 2019.
It would be distributed SCT tokens in proportion to the amount of staked SCTR tokens from September 1, 2019.

■ Precautions

If fraud is found on the SCTR token acquisition process, the account may be blacklisted into all SCOT community.

■ 基本概念

R和SCTR令牌是推荐令牌，用于协助邀请和设置社区新手。
推荐者使用R令牌推荐新手，获得SCTR令牌，并从@ sct.ref帐户接收SCT令牌作为推荐收入。

■ R令牌， SCTR令牌

(1) R令牌
R令牌需要推荐新手。
推荐人总是需要在账户中保持1个R令牌。
每次推荐新用户后，推荐人会花费1个R令牌。

(2) SCTR令牌
当新手达到某些条件时，SCTR令牌将奖励给推荐人。
这是帮助新手在社区定居的奖励。
使用SCTR令牌将允许推荐人接收奖励。

■ 如何操作

(1）放入1个R令牌
推荐人在https://steem-engine.com上注册了1个R令牌

2）[仅限非韩国人]
推荐人将1 R令牌发送到钥匙串上的@ sct.refone帐户。此时，需要在备忘录上留下新手的账号。
新手在Steemit的声誉值必须是30或以下。
新手帐户中必须被注入500个或以上的 SCT令牌。

■ SCTR令牌的分发

如果新手获得40或更多的声誉值并且注入超过500 SCT令牌，则推荐人将可获得1个SCTR令牌。

■ 推荐收入分配

已收到SCTR令牌的推荐人可以从@ sct.ref帐户共享累计推荐收入。
从2019年8月1日起，5％的新生成的SCT令牌将累积到@ sct.ref账户。
从2019年9月1日开始，它将与SCTR令牌的数量成比例地分配SCT令牌。

■ 注意事项

如果在SCTR令牌获取过程中发现欺诈，则该帐户可能被列入所有SCOT社区的黑名单。
