총 발행량중 일부는 시장에 유통이 되기 때문에 그 만큼 스테이킹량이 줄어들어 "자신의 스테이킹량/전체 스테이킹량"의 공식에서 분모가 항상 1000 이하일 확률이 높기 때문이죠!
