Thanks for leaving a comment. You don't need to translate it into Korean, as it does not work that well.
I guess you were going to say that Libra is not working because of the monopole Facebook has and Zuckerberg will not be able to establish it.

It is indeed a very difficult process and will be a long ongoing battle between regulators, Facebook and the Libra association. But whatever it is, the need for a stable coin with real stability (we can remember the recurring scandals USDT is giving) to be able to "park" the assets when trading with cryptocurrencies, unless you have the ability (like in Korea) to park them directly into Fiat.

Whether it is Libra, or the Chinese Gov. moving forward, it looks like that this process will not stop, regardless of what the western countries are trying to slow down. And as soon as the Chineses start to move on this with a bit more aggressively, I think the western central banks will have to move too. It may not be Libra that is going to launch, but I think we are not far away to see a stable coin that is somehow regulated (and with high probability centralized from a country or organization).

Thanks again for your opinion!

It's my main reason to believe Libra it won't work. But, I couldn't agree more with the rest of your comment, @jayplayco.
