(Coinnews) 대만, 세계 최초 STO 규제안 발표

지난 6월 27일, 대만 금융관리위원회(Financial Supervisory Commission,FSC)는 STO(증권형 토큰 발행, Security Token Offering) 규제안을 발표했습니다. 이 규제안은 빠르면 10월부터 실시할 것으로 보입니다.
간단히 정리해보면,
- STO 모금한도는 3,000만 대만달러 (NT $30 millions)
- 그 이상을 모금하기 원하는 회사들은 규제 샌드박스(regulatory sandbox)를 통해 참여
- 가격 조작 방지를 위해 일 토큰 거래량은 전체 물량의 반을 초과하지 않을 것(the number of tokens traded per day may not exceed half of the total number of issued tokens)

STO 를 준비하는 암호화폐들도 많은 것으로 알고 있는데, 활성화될 수 있는 계기가 될지 궁금합니다.
ICO, IEO 외에 STO로도 많은 토큰들이 진행하면 좋겠습니다.

규제라고 해서 걱정했는데 오히려 가이드라인을 만들어 주어서 STO하는데 도움이 될 것 같네요.
규제안이 마련되면 위험 요인을 걸러주는데 도움이 되고 보호해줄 수 있을거라 기대됩니다.
