Thoughts are sometimes hard to get away with, especially for those who bare grudges against the other person. For some, it is the abuse of the past, the neglect, the denial, the home they never had and the bully they endured in there younger years, the fact is, no one was born to take in those horrible moments, but environment and situations brought us in and we were made to suck it.

Now, years gone bye and you still hold on to the hurt, you haven't forgive and forget those bully, there is no space in your heart anymore for futuristic things, energy for creativity has stopped, fuel for ingenuity has ran out, nothing else to live or dream about because your holding on to the past has deprived you of today's blessing and the hope for tomorrow. Even you know it.

But the answer is right in front of you, let go of the past, its not worth it. Let go, forgive and forget, it makes no sense getting angry over someone who has forgotten he did something to you, seek for counselling and forget it. Life must go on.
