No surprises here. The leaked opinion turned out to be accurate. SCOTUS 6-3 dismisses Idaho's appeal and sends it back to the lower courts. The injunction on Idaho's abortion ban goes back in place allowing emergency abortions in the state for now. This wasn't a decision on the merits, so this will eventually return to SCOTUS.

Gorsuch, Alito, and Thomas dissent.

Barrett and Kavanaugh have been a lot better than expectations. Gorsuch has been a disappointment.
