Space ship pf the Day.
The Ji Hunters are a race that live on the very edge of Federation space and have long been know as pirates and raiders of supply convoys all around that area of space. The area classified as Ji space is a large area full of gas clouds and astroid fields and there are no known maps of the area. There is no evidence that the Ji build their own ships and all the raiding ships seen are made up of converted ships they have captured in their long history of raiding. The one pictured above is a small Entouri shuttle with an Orbit Defence Cannon mounted on the top, showing their high level of ingenuity in recycling and combining captured technology.
Along what is classed as the southern area of their space is a giant midden field of wrecked ships dumped by the Ji over the centuries that form a barrier on the only known safe entry to their space.
