Gold macroelectrode electrochemistry

In electrochemistry, which is an area in which I have been doing research for a year is a field of chemistry in which electrodes are important.Chemical processes in which electrons move are referred to as Electrochemistry [1]. We have the working electrode, reference electrode and counter electrode.
Working electrode:
These are electrodes useful in the electrochemical conversion and transfer of species [2].
