That's an interesting thought to explore, @movingman :-) If we assume that you'd have to be outside consciousness to form a view on consciousness... then ... maybe! Intelligence outside consciousness could be the thing teaching us about consciousness...

Its very interesting to think about, like the computer that are now able to get information from nowwhere to create things, or fill in the gaps of certain events. I cant even grasp it all!
