Why clouds do not fall to earth

Clouds are masses that can be seen from droplets of water or frozen crystals suspended in the atmosphere above the surface of the earth or the surface of other planets.

First of all, the cloud has mass. In fact, a cloud of cumulus has a huge mass. For example, the cumulus cloud, the soft-white one that always appears on a bright day. This type of cloud has a water density of 0.5 g / m3.

Next, measure how big the cloud is. Say, our cumulus cloud is 1 km3, which means length, width, and height of about 1,000,000,000 meters. By knowing the mass of water types in clouds and clouds, the mass of water can be determined.

The air molecules then become more tenuous due to the warmer system. The air molecule's split causes the increase in volume, which certainly affects the downward pressure.

And correctly, the air will always move from high pressure to low pressure. Therefore, there is an upward force of thrust due to this air pressure difference.

It is this uprooting force aka updraft that is responsible for resisting the falling of cloud-forming particles due to the force of gravity.

Conclusion

Due to the very small particle size and large mass distribution, also because of updraft, clouds can remain in the sky as we see them all the time. But clouds are not as long as it hovers up there. The clouds will still fall.
When the clouds are formed, the tiny particles forming will continue to move due to temperature differences and pressure differences. Gradually, the constituent particles interact and form larger particles.
During the process, the water density begins to increase, the size of the raindrop enlarges, the mass increases, and the cloud falls due to gravity in the form of rain water.
When it rains, updraft can not stem the gravitational pull of a concentrated mass distribution over the initial formation of clouds.
