PROBABLE FUTURE PREDICTIONS FROM A RANDOM UNQUALIFIED PERSON
So after like an hour of random browsing and since its 4 days into 2018 I thought "Hey! why not make predictions for our ahem bright future?!"
So here are my predictions-
1)I think the internet is becoming more decentralized and this actually provides us more options for earning money(ahem ahem steemit) but since it also removes involvement from third parties, I guess lots of businesses will crash but I guess it'll provide more opportunities(note-I'm no economist).
2)Quantum computing would probably become a thing soon and because BB84 quantum key distribution protocol and the laws of physics, I think it would be way harder to hack anything(especially if the internet becomes decentralized).
- an ASI.....
assuming it wont kill us all we will enter a new era. yes we will probably cure all diseases and advance really fast but the problem would be that because of this everything will become automated and everyone will be jobless.
4)due to the above reason I would say the governments will probably adopt a UBI(Universal basic income) and with brain computer interface, virtual reality, and decentralised internet, we might earn money through other ways(fantasizes "Ready player one")
Anyway these are all vague predictions from limited knowledge. The accuracy of this is as good as a geeky teen from the 60's trying to predict what today is like( yeah not happening). Anyway this is as optimistic as I can get about the future(WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE HAHAHAHA).
