Nice post well written. It all kinda of makes sense but the question I have about space that is never answered or in my experience touch on is where is it. So if its always expanding in to what? What does it lie in?
There is the egg timer theory yes it makes sense but in what does the egg timer lie, that really boggles my brain. There are many theories about how it is shaped but there must be something its in surly but then whats that in ....? Blows my mind :)

As far as we know, Universe is infinite so we literally cannot go beyond that to see what's there.
Yeah we can definitely say that Universe is Expanding by the Redshift of Galaxies observed. And as it is infinite we cannot detect how much is it expanding at the end.
But if we think in a different way, we can say that our four-dimensional universe is definitely inside some higher dimensional place but we cannot imagine the properties of that higher dimensional world.
So, things are not much clear yet but nothing stops us from thinking and imagining the cool possibilities. 😉😃
Very true but it does hurt the brain somewhat. The possibilities are very interesting though if you let your mind go for it :)
