Ceryx sphenodes is a moth of the family Arctiidae. It was described by Meyrick in 1886. It is found in New Guinea and Australia (Queensland). Source
But what happens when we are searching for the keywords "tiger moth", then that appears dominated by a low-wing monoplane, classic aircraft.
Why is that?
I think that this is an example of technology products are inspired by animals.

- Role: high-speed research and racing monoplane
- National origin: United Kingdom
- Manufacturer: De Havilland Aircraft Company
- First flight: 24 June 1927
