Your description of how the stars move through the sky is wrong. The southern stars circle around the southern celestial pole, just as the stars in the north circle around the northern celestial pole.
This is impossible in a flat earth model, and rather neatly and elegantly explained by our standard model.
Maybe nothing is impossible and it is you who are describing it wrong. Neat and elegant explanations can be found for all sorts of erroneous ideas.
Well, flat earth is neither elegant nor correct.
Could have something to do with the eye of the beholder. There seem to be many science minded people who disagree with you.
No, it has to do with reality. There are centuries worth of observation and data that dismiss the flat earth. It just is not possible. It is cannot be reality.
Name me one scientist who's field of study has anything to do with the shape of the earth, such as cosmology or geology etc, that thinks the earth is flat.

Why? Tesla understood that the earth is a sphere. Most of his papers reference that fact.
