Mysterious Purple Orb Found Floating On The Ocean Floor
The floating laboratory research vessel called "Nautilus", used by the Ocean Exploration Trust, found something unusual in the Channel Islands off the cost of California. On Monday they posted a video captured with Nautilus' cameras that can peer deep down to the ocean floor.
"After sampling, it began to unfold to reveal two distinct lobes. This could possibly be a new species of nudibranch."
It could take several years for the scientist to determine if this is a new species or a spawn from Cthulhu. ;)
