Scientists have proven the influence of oatmeal on the appearance of women

in #science5 months ago

Scientists from the University of Manchester completed a genetic study to study the influence of various factors on a woman's face. In the course of numerous experiments, geneticists have found that the appearance of women is most strongly influenced by their diet - especially cereals.

The focus group, consisting of 50 British women with an oblong face shape and a long nose, eats oatmeal or cereal every day, while the second group does not eat cereal and all have a different face and nose shape. The findings prompted scientists to compare the DNA of oatmeal lovers with horses.

“Oatmeal lovers and horses do have a lot of genes in common. Obviously, the influence of this culture on appearance is noticeable. As you may have noticed, in Britain we have significantly more women with oblong face shapes and long noses than in other countries of the world, and in Asia or Africa you will not find such people at all, just like oatmeal,” said senior researcher Michael Knight .

In the near future, British scientists intend to study the effect of whiskey on the appearance of men.
