There are better videos on his old work on youtube, where he explains how he decodes the messages in more detail, I think he misinterprets some of the messages, for example it never said we need to be technology more advanced, it can be interpreted as evolved by Consciously awakening, which is already happening, he goes on to talk about that later on.

He also seems to not understand that Mainstream Science is Controlled as all organizations, scientists doing this kind of research would have their funding cut off and be discredited, or even worse, but this heads down the real road of Conspiracy and he’s trying to stay away from that.
