What you said about "Accepting life" sounds like letting any type of incidents lead your life and just be aware of your existence... ignorance.

I just go in the direction of this consciousness. our whole life is the way to total acceptance and there are so many practices to force this process.

Today I am sitting with a headache again
"trying" to write something that explains why we alter our environment in ways that appear to create comfort but remove freedom. how much of our culture and conditoining supports this direction.
I find myself deeply into resistance again, my writing is no longer fun, it is struggle and isolation rather than playful connection.
This is when it is good to have wise and caring people around me.
