New study has again pointed out that earth and moon formed from same material

Nicolas Daupahs, Professor at University of Chicago has analysed data of elements and studied the material of meteorites.he studied the isotopic nature of material that formed the earth.

The same material formed earth, moon and certain meteorites.

After the earth formed 4.5 million ago, the core attracted elements that has special affinity towards metals.

He said-

The earth accreted from an isotopically homogenous reservoir. in terms of colours, you could say that it was not ;green, blue, red,; but rather ;green, green, green,'

The initial 60% of the earth is formed by extraterrestrial materials.
