Distill and dionized water any difference?

There is no know difference between the two.Distilled water is free of organic substances,inorganic matters.Where as demineralized or deionized water just like distilled water is also free of organic contaminants and other suspended particles.The only difference between distilled and deionized water is the method of preparation.The former required a distiller while the latter required an ion exchange resins.
