Space facts about Venus

Hello Steemians,

How many of you people know about #Venus planet. Even I also don't know much about it until I read.

Here are some interesting facts about #Venus..

#Venus- second planet from sun
- second brightest planet in night sky
- sister planet to Earth

#Temperature
Hottest planet in our solar system. It has very high surface temperature nearly 471°c as it near to sun and it does not tilt on its axis, there is no seasonal variation.

#No moons and rings.

#Rotates on opposite direction when compared to other planets.

#Tropical paradise
The surface is full of densed sulphuric acid because of that it is impossible to view its surface from outside its atmosphere.

#Solar day
A day on it lasts longer than a year.
It takes 243 Earth days to rotate once on its axis (sidereal day). The planet’s orbit around the Sun takes 225 Earth days, compared to the Earth’s 365. A day on the surface of Venus (solar day) takes 117 Earth days.

#Observation
Observed only by radar mapping or by land probes.
