S.T.E.M. Activities in School!
Short vlog about what we did in class today. My Padawans did the Float Your Boat STEM activity today, learning about buoyancy, gravity and engineering. They built boats out of aluminum foil and then tested them in a tub of water by adding weight (glass beads) to test buoyancy and how well they were designed and built. For the most part, all of the glass bead weights beat their expectations and two students made boats that held over 150 beads before they sank.
