a) apart from references, you should also credit your images if they're not yours,
b) try doing some better formatting, it will make your post look a lot better,
c) punctuation is important,
d) try to share a little more information on the topic.

I think if you follow these and create original content (use your own words to give us the information you collect from various sources), people will appreciate it.
