Physicists discover the second state of liquid water

Water is one of the essential objects of the earth and by about 60 percent of the human body has been created. But even now it remains weird beyond our perception.


When researchers were searching on the physical condition of water, it was noticed that when it was heated at 40-60 degrees Celsius, it hit a 'coordinate heat'. And this time the two are seen to be transformed into liquid conditions.


As a chemical compound, water is essential in the world. Yet we are underestimating its legal strange situation. We have become accustomed to the fundamental conditions of these three (very rarely plasmatic conditions are created) difficult, floor and gaseous, it is difficult to think of any situation outside of it, it has become difficult for us to think.


Apart from Mercury, water has the most surface tension than other liquids. It is also one of the familiar substances that can float between its liquids in difficult conditions. And unlike all other known substances, its size increases when the water gets accumulated.


There is also a bizarre boiling point in the water. Although other hydrides are in boiling point, such as hydrogen teluride and hydrogen sulfide as their molecule, H2O has an amazing boiling position.


Philip Ball said in Nature magazine, "It is embarrassing to acknowledge that nobody could recognize the water correctly. But the substance that covers two-thirds of the world is still a mystery. As much as looking at it, the stack of new problems is getting stronger. The molecular structure of liquid water seen in the new technology is throwing us into another sphere. "


Now physicists at one stage to heat the water at 40-60 degrees Celsius (104 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit), liquid water can change its condition, which shows a new feature. To determine this condition, an international team led by physicist Laura Maestra from the Oxford University of the United Kingdom searches for certain specifications of water.


They look at things such as heat conductivity, refractive, conductivity, surface tension and insulating constant, and realize how the electric field spreads through a material. And also notice how they respond to the temperature of 0 and 100 degrees Celsius.


Once the water reaches 40 degrees, the transfer process begins and the properties of up to 100 degree temperature are changing. There was a different 'coordination temperature' in some places at the beginning of each trait. And the research indicates that it is because of the different water levels of liquid water that was awake.


The team has prepared a list of some of these coordination temperatures. For about 64 degrees Celsius for heat transit, 50 degree Celsius for refractories, 53 degrees Celsius for transport and 57 degrees Celsius for drag.


They concluded, "The results have confirmed that the temperature of the liquid water is present at around 50 degree Celsius within the range of 0-100 degrees Celsius."


So what's going on in this situation? It is still not clear, but the truth is that the water is converted into two completely different conditions of the liquid at a certain temperature.


Water molecules only interact with each other only. And this hydrogen bonding is actually weaker than the bond between hydrogen and oxygen atoms in the molecule. This is why hydrogen bonds that are associated with water molecules continue to break and rebuilt.


Ball writes in Nature, "On one subject everyone agrees that the molecular structure of water is different from other liquids. The weakening of the fastest hydrogen bond. This weak tie which is connected to continuous fragmentation and seepage of the molecule and provides a level of molecular disorder here. And here the consensus ends. "


The results of Maestra and his team will need to be copied by another independent team. Before that, we can re-write the presence of four (or three and a half) of water in our textbook. They say that their discovery will make a big difference in understanding the nanotechnology and biological methods.
