That's right like what @abudar mentions,I have tried to overcome it by spraying it with poison eradicating planthopper, but less effective, finally my crop is not maximal, until it can not harvest, thank you for sharing.
maybe you are using an inappropriate match
or you are late overcoming, resulting in crop failure as the image I put this.
