That's actually something that's occurred to me. What's the comparison? Is there actually someone out there who uses %100 and they are using him/her as a measuring tool? Maybe they figure that iguanas use %100 and they measure it's brain mass and we are not living up to the comparison with the size of our own brain mass? Can 90% of our brain mass be replaced with an implant without anyone noticing the difference? All questions to be answered!
