My hypothesis is that our bodies will become more thinner and skinnier with less bone density because of the lack of gravity. Might get thicker skin to protect us from solar radiation.
Interesting. Definitely a possibility.
There may also be effects if humans basically live in their space suits or behind glass panels of their dome like structures. If humans regulate their atmosphere and are never exposed to the planets natural atmosphere, that may have an effect on how they adapt. There are countless possibilities really.
