You can help NASA : How ?

Yes, you can help and it is easy and really valuable, even enough to give you a Noble prize. You need not be someone with a science background. It's all about volunteering and if you are lucky enough then you can even win noble prize.

What to do?

Go to play store and download the app called seti@home. This project is to help NASA and other science research agencies to store and calculate data. As they need a huge computing power for their project they transfer the data to your device and your device's computing power is used.

What are the projects like ?

Project varies from finding aliens to store information of gravitational waves, black holes and stars. There are already many volunteer around the world and if your device helps to calculate a very important data (like your device found aliens) then you may even be awarded noble prize or at least you will earn a lot of money and a lot of fame.

What you need to do ?

Download the above mentioned app in your mobile or PC or in Iphone. Turn the screen off and connect to the charger and leave. You will be given the instruction when you download the app.
