I have heard of this theory that man, as an Observer of the process, can have a significant impact on what is happening. How do you think the fact that the number of electrons more muons in the experiment with the Collider can be attributed to the Observer effect?

However, when billions of collisions occur, we can start using statistics to dig into the results and identify the signals that we are after with a very good accuracy. In all error associated with the measurements, there is always a statistical component related to this. Therefore, this is well accounted for when a claim for an excess is made.
