Field trip

Hello to the whole community, today I return with a brief topic, which was a small trip that I made the weekend to the City of San Juan de Colón, located in the northern area of the city where I live, the reason that I went there was for the purpose of doing some research on a hypothesis that we have a good friend of mine and my person on Cerro Morrachón, since we believe that our Indians there performed rituals to their Gods, therefore we moved to the site to explore the area and find traces that could give us answers to our hypotheses. At the field trip we participated 19 people, including children, adolescents who belong to an institution of the Ayacucho Municipality, likewise professors of the institution and others who do not.

After 3 hours of walking we managed to reach the top of Morrachón Hill and we set out to make the respective journey to find clues that would indicate that our hypothesis existed, after 45 minutes we found some vestiges, then proceeded to make the measurements for later check with anthropologists the verification of what we find, we must wait a few weeks for it to be reviewed and give us the results of the study that was done, however we must continue visiting the site for another deeper study.

Something curious that we came across was a large rock with a face shape, some of us believe that it is the face of an Indigenous observing the sky, others a Pharaoh, Leon, witch, each one gives a different interpretation although that formation is natural, but He monopolized his peculiar form.

It should be noted that the students were explained the techniques we perform to find the evidence, as well as the history of the site where we conducted the study. Here I leave a series of photographs of the site and other surrounding places during the ascent to the hill, until the next delivery.
