Create it on MS PowerPoint will the animation then save it as mp4...then take to http://gifcreator.me/ and copy the URL link given and past it on your posts. If you don't come right I will write a blog on the tutorial
I think this is the sort of tutorial a lot of people would appreciate, especially the new comer wanting to give exposure to their site outside of the Steem environment. thanks a bunch for sharing the knowledge with me. All for one and one for all!!! Namaste :)
