Is possible to harness the full capacity of our brains?
After watching the movie Lucy I was left with a lot of questions about what they described as CPH4. I did some digging I found it to be 6-carboxytetrahydropterin synthase. Yes it is TRUE that is produced after** 6 weeks of pregnancy** by a pregnant woman. It is basically to help the foetus (unborn baby) to form and get bones and structure.
it’s true that the power of this product for a baby is the power of an atomic bomb.
I read an interview by Luc Besson the director of the movie Lucy...Knowing the Limits of the Human Brain He went on to say:

Does the drug made of this molecule really exists?

CPH4 is an enzyme with several relatives, AdoMet, 6CP, CPH4 and CDG. I'm not a hard-core chemist myself, but I know enough to state that all hormonal molecules which control bodily functions and brain activities require, like keys to a keyhole, receptor sites for those activators to work.

Do NOT under any circumstances consume anything labeled CPH4. The best case scenario is that you would be taking the literal CPH4 synthase described above, in which case absolutely nothing positive would happen to your body.
So the question still remains...is it possible to harness full capacity of our brain?
I don't think enhanced brain function is as simple as getting more neurons to fire at the same time. There are already people who have neurons firing at higher rates in their brains. They are called epileptics, and their seizures are caused when their neurons start firing at higher rates than normal.
If i understand properly what you are saying is...it is not possible to use such drugs to increase the potential?
I don't think there are any existing drugs that can potentiate brain function in the sci-fi manner being presented here. There are many substances that can have some nootropic effects. Caffeine and theanine in tea are a couple of the most common and probably most effective. There isn't anything that is going to make a person like the protagonists in Lucy or Limitless though.

@soundlegion thanks... I saw Limitless and the same blue pill is there but they don't really specify the name...It gives you super intelligent brains but I have always wondered if such exists.
