How to make batteries with simple chemical experiments

in #science7 years ago (edited)

Today i want to share some tricks how to make batteries with simple chemical experiment. This experiment we can try at home or if you teacher can practice with your student at school.

# Materials needed:
1. 6 tablespoons of salt 2. Small glass 3. 4 pieces of copper coins 4. Thick aluminum foil 5. 2 copper wire with size 20 cm 6. Duster 7. Scissor 8. Paper 9. Enough water
# Chemical Experiment Trial:
To perform this interesting chemical experiment, the first step is to mix salt and a glass of water to be used as salt solution, after that form 4 pieces of coins by cutting the existing aluminum foil.

Then scissors are also 4 pieces of paper cloth with a size slightly larger than aluminum foil cutout. After that the sheet of aluminum foil was dipped into a glass containing saline solution for 10-15 seconds.

If the paper is wet with a salt solution then insert a coin between the aluminum sheets, with the aluminum foil under and repeat again until it hits the voltage layer.

Then the end of the 1st copper wire with the lowest coin and the 2nd copper wire end of the uppermost aluminum layer is attached. Next, be careful, lift the pile like this layer cake toward your mouth.

You will find out if your battery is working. Then the free ends of the wire we put on the tongue simultaneously and of course slowly.

**Layers of voltages.**

We should look at this experiment:

Doing this experiment we will feel the tingling in the tongue.

**Facts from this unique chemical experiment:**
Our tongue will act as a conductor. This is one way of making batteries, namely by making layers of different types of metals that we have to pile together. And addition of liquid carrier with salt solution.

Conclusion

In the pile of voltages we make, the chemical reactions between the two metals between aluminum foil and temabaga cause a weak electric current.

Thus our discussion of simple chemical experiments with very unique daily materials and also useful experiments we can practice using chemicals in everyday life, although this experiment is not dangerous but must still do it carefully.

i am not hating on you but you need zinck insted of aluminum
correct me if i am wrong

Thanks brothers your comment is true...but i think in alumanium foils has the zinck too..thanks for comment.
