How to reprogram the mind
Sometimes people fall in such frustrating situation where their minds stop working. If you are facing the same situation, it could be a signal of reprogram. That means your mind needs to be reprogrammed so that it could work properly. This will help you in achieving realistic ambition for yourself so that you could live a more pleasing life. You must know how the mind functions before you go to learn reprogramming process of the mind.
Mind vs Brain

During informal talks, we generally use the words mind and brain interchangeably but, in fact, the both words are not same. The two words refer to different things separately. The brain is known as a physical organ, while the mind refers to a virtual entity which is held by every cell of our body and lengthened to minimum 2 inches outside body. That is why body is controlled by mind. It collects and accumulates emotions, thoughts, imagination and memories. If I compare it with computer, then I can say that the brain is a hardware, which contains software called mind.
The Three Conditions of Mind
The mind can be divided into three conditions:
1. Conscious
“Actions that need you to make an effort and think about what you are doing are said to be performed by the conscious mind.”
2. Subconscious
“The subconscious mind refers to information that is accessible to you when needed and otherwise not something you pay attention to.”” For example, when you move on the road to your home, your mind subconsciously builds landmarks.
3. Unconscious
“The unconscious mind consists of largely of primitive instincts and memories from early childhood that may not be easily recalled.”
Dr. Brian Weiss, father of modern hypnotherapy, has proved that unconscious mind also carries past memories. Therefore, hypnotherapy is considered as a great tool to reprogram your mind, provided it should be performed under supervision of a professional. Hypnosis aids in reprogramming your mind by inserting positive cognitive scripts or advices.
The unconscious mind controls most of our functions performed on a regular basis. Our unconscious mind accumulates the memories that are liable for several decisions that we make based on beliefs. Therefore, teaching the unconscious mind can not only help in reprogramming the mind, but it can also make the unconscious more dynamic.
The following three tips help you improve your unconscious mind.
1. Meditation

Meditation soothes your mind and diminishes stress level. It also helps in teaching the unconscious mind. With meditation you can be able to enhance your concentration level on an activity and gain the preferred level of mental focus. This not only helps in developing new thoughts, but can also enhances your belief in yourself.
2. Imagine what you want to accomplish
Only thinking yourself that you desire to do something better is not sufficient. You will have to fix an ambition for yourself and imagine it to start working towards it. You should build a visual board that will show you the type of house where you want to live in, the lifestyle you want to have, the job you want to do etc. You must be specific about what you prefer to do. Do not follow generalized visions.
3. Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is considered as a secure and successful way in order to deal with several emotional and anxiety-related problems. It makes you capable to deal with your own mental challenges and blocks, so that you can enhance your strengths and control your life.
