Scientists will digitize 20 000 animals
The American scientists will start the project on creation of digital three-dimensional models of 20 000 vertebrates which represent 80% of recent types. Have already allocated 2,5 million dollars for researches, the program under the name oVert will be started in September.

Thats a huge step for the science. 22% of the species. And the cool part is that they will share it with us in an online database .
