Scientists can't reproduce research AI, and it is a serious problem

At a recent meeting of Association of development of artificial intelligence (Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence) the scientist Odd Eric Gundersen has submitted the report which essence – the branch drives itself into the dangerous deadlock. It appears, the majority of the existing AI don't maintain the fundamental principle of replication (reproducibility) of own actions. And on that is two reasons which solution doesn't seem yet.
