Amazing photos of how you manage to shoot. There are a lot of birds I haven’t seen. We have thrushes fly to winter to the south, and you live in the snow among you. Thank you for the beautiful birds
It was interesting to photograph the birds against a mostly white background. It brought out the colors associated with each bird.
That was the first really good snowfall we have had in my part of Nebraska.
I originally thought the Harris's Sparrow and White-Crowned Sparrow were just House Sparrows. I studied the pictures and compared them to the bird guides to classify them correctly. If was not for the pictures, I would not have noticed they are unique species. Photography and birdwatching do go together!
