This is really intriguing. It is really hard to believe that they are actually capable of linking these myths to scientific evidence. It seems apparent dogs and wolves were used in rituals of some sort, but I think it would be really tough to relate it to the war band ceremonies without more evidence. Just my thoughts though! If only we had a way to go back and observe what actually happened or had better records. History before written records is soo fascinating and I think it will continue to baffle us, time and time again.
