The book is linked to in my comment to that post. If you ctrl + F on that page you will find the material with few alterations. He basically reshuffles words and changes some letters in order to avoid plagiarism detection and googling. For instance, even when he directly quotes someone, he changes the quote and even the name of the author! Compare the following two:

And then you just proceed to read on and it's the same paragraph after paragraph with slight changes to confuse our googling:
